Miracle Tele, hereafter referred to as the Operator or We, is a mobile virtual network operator that offers worldwide calls and Internet in just one SIM card, hereafter referred to as the Services.

We have prepared this Privacy Policy for purposes of informing you about how we collect, process, store, manage, and use your personal information when you transfer it to us or when we collect it upon your use of the Services or the Miracle Tele Website.

The aim of this Privacy Policy is to get you familiar with and explain you what actions we take in order to guarantee your privacy as well as the utmost safety and confidentiality of your personal information. In this Privacy Policy it will be therefore explained what kind of personal information we collect, why we collect this information, how we may use it, and in what cases and to whom we might be bound to disclose this information according to the law of Czech Republic where the Operator is registered.

Privacy of our users and safety of their personal information is of a key importance to us. We understand how crucial it is to safeguard personal information of the Miracle Tele members that is stored on our servers and this is why we consider that protecting such information shall be number one priority of the Operator as well as the backbone of its business ethics.

We will only collect personal information about you with your awareness and permission. Any personal information which you provide to us and/or which we obtain about you, will be kept secure and confidential using appropriate technical measures and by ensuring staff are trained and aware of how to protect your personal information.

Upon signing up at the Miracle Tele Website you will be asked to tick a box if you agree with the conditions and stipulations of this Privacy Policy as well as other legal documents of the Operator including but not limited to the Terms of Services and Shipping and Refund Policy.

Therefore, your signing up at the Miracle Tele Website as well as your continued use of the Services will mean that you agree that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and accept to be bound by this Privacy Policy. In case if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you shall terminate your use of the Services and the Miracle Tele Website.

If you are aged 16 or under, you must get your parent or guardian's consent to provide your personal information to Miracle Tele Website, otherwise you are not allowed to provide any of your personal information to us.

Collection of Information

We only collect the information which is required for correct functioning of the Operator system and provision of the Services. When you sign up at the Miracle Tele Website, you may provide us with general information about you like your username and personal information required for us to provide the Services, deliver you Miracle Tele SIM-card. We do not intentionally collect any kind of your personal information and you may provide it to us only if you wish to do so.

We collect information mainly when you sign up with us, contact us and when you use our services. These includes without limitation registration at Miracle Tele website as Miracle Tele customer, getting in touch with Miracle Tele to ask something, ordering Miracle Tele SIM-card or the Services, making changes to or close of Miracle Tele Account, use of the Website, use any of Miracle Tele Services.

The general and personal information we collect about you includes information about you, how you use Miracle Tele Services, where you use Miracle Tele Services, and how you pay for the Services.

Information about you:

  • Your username, name and personal address.
  • Your debit or credit card details, bank details and other payment information that may be collected by us when you pay for the Services or SIM-card.

Information about use of Miracle Tele Services:

  • Your call, text, surfing and billing records.
  • Details about your usage of the Services or any other products we may supply to you, such as our mobile apps. This includes the date and time you use them, how long for, where you use them and how much it costs. We don't look at the content of your messages or listen to your calls (unless you are talking to one of our customer service advisors).
  • When you access our services online, our web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such information. Information about your location:

  • Your Network location. So that we could connect you to our network, and for some of the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, we need to know your location when you make or receive phone calls, messages or use the Internet. It works by finding you through nearby phone masts, providing us with a rough location so we can put calls through or connect you to the internet (Network location). If you don't want us to share your network location or some or all of your services, message us at
  • Your GPS location. Your smartphone might also have a Global Positioning System (GPS) location, that's used by your phone and certain apps. It's more accurate than Network location alone, because it uses satellites. If you're using some of our apps, we, or our partners, might collect some of your GPS location information.
    GPS location is different from network location. We don't control it. GPS is based on satellites and is set up on the phone itself. Look at your phone's settings to configure it. Remember, if you choose not to share your location, you might not be able to use certain services that need to know where you are for those services to work.

  • This includes things such as your orders for the Services, when and how much you pay for the Services, or how often and why you access your Account.

Providing our services

We may use your personal information to provide you with our Services, sending you Miracle Tele SIM-card, process your orders at the Website or as otherwise may be necessary to perform the agreement between you and Miracle Tele, as well as to ensure the functionality and security of our Services, manage our network and your use of our network, to identify you as well as to prevent and investigate fraud and other misuses and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (such as legal obligations to keep details of calls made by customers for a certain period of time).


We may use your personal information to administer your account(s), sort out a payment, put your order through our system, send you an order or send make refunds for the services in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Developing and managing services

We may use your personal information to develop and manage our Services and any other products, customer care, sales and marketing. We may combine personal information collected in connection with your use of Miracle Tele Services with other personal information we may have about you, unless such personal information was collected for a different purpose.

We may use your personal information to communicate with you including but not limited looking into any complaints or questions you may raise, informing you that our Services have changed or sending you critical alerts and other such notices relating to our Services and contacting you for customer care related purposes.

Under no condition we will lease or trade your personal information to any third-party company.

We may hire third-party businesses in order to provide you with a better experience at using Miracle Tele and the services associated with the Miracle Tele. These may include but not limited to processing of payments via bank cards, equipment maintenance, hosting services, data storage and management, and analytics.

Therefore, your continued use of the Services that the we provide shall imply that you agree that we may disclose your personal information in case if we are required to do so according to law or in case if we consider that it will be necessary to do so in order to avoid liability, abide by a legal activity, such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, and so on, as well as in order to defend the rights of the Miracle Tele or a third party, ensure the safety of an individual or a group of people, or avert an action of an individual or a group of people that may be illegal or not morally correct.

In case if the Operator is purchased by another business entity, if we enter into a merger with a third party, or if the Operator has to declare bankruptcy, we may transfer your personal information to such third-party Operator.

We may use cookies, which are small files that are created by the browser on your device and used for personalization purposes, in order to provide you with an enhanced user experience with the Miracle Tele Website and the Services. Although not all browsers provide such capabilities, you can deactivate the use of cookies by accessing your browser settings and disabling the use of cookies. However, please mind that in case if you do not agree to use cookies or disable the use of cookies in your browser, functioning of some of the Services may become limited.

The information that you voluntarily send us and the information that we collect, whether general or personal, is stored on the servers of the hosting and cloud storage providers, which are third-party and therefore cannot be controlled by Miracle Tele, in Česká republika. Therefore, your continued use of the Miracle Tele Website and the Services shall imply that you agree that we may store such information on the servers located in Česká republika and managed by a third-party company.

International transfers of personal information

Miracle Tele Services may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Therefore, your personal infromation such as location or phone number may be transferred across international borders outside the country where you use our services, including to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data or that have different legal rules on data protection. All information that we receive from you or that you share with us, whether it’s personal or general information, is encrypted. Apart from this, we take all necessary security measures in order to protect your general and personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized use and access by third parties, modification, and disclosure.

Your rights

All Miracle Tele members can review, update, and delete the data that the Operator collects upon their use of the Services. If necessary, it can be done in your account settings on the Miracle Tele Website.

You have the right to unsubscribe from direct marketing messages and to request that we stop processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes or on other compelling legal grounds.

Also, you are eligible to be granted access to your personal information stored by us via ordering a copy of such data in writing. If this is the case, you may be charged a fee that will amount to the cost of the copies and asked to verify your identity to make sure that you are the authentic owner of the account.
